Stewart Beal has been actively involved in real estate, construction, acquisition, development, and management since 1997. Stewart has conducted more than 600 real estate transactions in the past 20 years in Ypsilanti, Ann Arbor, Toledo, and downtown Detroit - and currently manages over 3,000 apartment units, office spaces, and single-family homes. Beal Properties employs more than 60 team members in Michigan and Ohio.
Stewart is a founding member of Watermark Partners, a set of real estate funds that have raised and deployed more than $100M in equity, closed more than 150 real estate transactions, and acquired more than 6,000 apartments in the past 5 years. |

Ryan Marchand joined Beal Capital in 2021 as the Director of Acquisitions. He has since taken on the role of Managing Director for the Beal group of companies. In his current role, Ryan oversees the Acquisitions, Sales, and Financing of all Beal-owned and 3rd-party investment assets. Ryan also oversees the Asset Management, Property Management, and Accounting teams to ensure maximum performance of each property in the portfolio. Ryan has raised and deployed more than $7,000,000 in equity for the Beal Capital syndication funds and developed numerous tools using the combined wisdom and feedback from investors and mentors to build customized reports for improved management outcomes.
Prior to his time at Beal, Ryan worked in industrial property brokerage where he conducted sales, lease, and new development projects for businesses across Michigan. Since 2015, Ryan has also managed more than $50,000,000 in commercial, residential, new development, and civil construction across the United States. He continues to manage more than 600,000 SF of commercial real estate since he began managing assets in 2012. Over his decade-long career, Ryan is responsible for more than 100 commercial real estate transactions, more than 300 commercial leases, totaling over 25,000,000 SF of asset transfers, and thousands of hours spent in property management. Ryan became one of the youngest CCIM designees in history at the age of 27 and is actively pursuing his SIOR designation. Ryan received his BS in Chemistry and BA in Economics from Wayne State University in 2014. |
hunter pizzo - director of asset management

Hunter is a graduate of Central Michigan University with a Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Studies and minor in Business Administration. Hunter started his career during college as an intern at Beal Properties. Upon graduation, he joined Watermark Partners to amplify the team's capacity to acquire properties and get properties in contract to the closing table. His responsibilities included everything from off-market property sourcing through cold calling and mailing, to contractors inspections and property reviews. Hunter also spent two of those years on Watermark's Asset Management team, building site staff while maintaining relationships with internal and external clients and subcontractors. Hunter has recently joined the Beal Capital Acquisitions team.
Hunter is from Southeast Michigan and when not in the office enjoys fishing, hunting, or spending time with his dog Bo. |
Lance Eisenmann - Chief financial officer

Lance Eisenmann has worked for Beal Properties more than a decade in a variety of capacities. His expertise includes maintenance, leasing, property management, organizational procedures, operations, accounting, and supply chain management. Lance is a Marine Corps and Iraq War Veteran - and he continues to serve in the Air National Guard. Before joining Beal Capital, Lance worked in the mortgage industry. He has a degree in Business Administration from Eastern Michigan University.
